All orders less than 5kg in weight that fit into a Standard Flyer bag will be charged a set fee of R99.

Orders above 5kg have charges that will vary depending on the weight and size of items ordered.

If we have all the products you ordered in stock, we usually send out your order within 5 business day after your payment reflects in our account.

If we are very busy, it might take up to 7 days for us to dispatch your order.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier:-

• to main areas takes from 2 to 3 working days.
• to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days.

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number once its been booked with the courier
